Deck is Done!

Wow...the deck cover is done. Yea! Another project done for the year. Actually got some tennis playing in this weekend too. Okay...so I'm going to start my walking program again this week. Keep me honest...check to make sure I'm doing it. Hope you're all having a great day. Hugs....

Tired Paintster and no knitster today

I can't believe that we worked on the deck cover for 7 hours with 15 mins. for lunch today. Hubby, aka Mr. Slave Driver Manager of the deck, kept the pace going. We got a lot done and can say for sure that 1/3 of the cover is done. Yea!!! We hope out for dinner to our favorite Chinese place, Hong Kong, and I was starving. Anyway, tomorrow we start another 1/3 of the cover and hopefully by Saturday eve, it will be done. Steve and I are still talking so that's a good thing! hahaha

No Paint Anywhere

Oh my gosh...need paint desperately for our patio cover and WAL-MART is out of the right base color!!!!! All of So. Oregon is out of the base color! Daughter was in Medford today and went to Medford W.M. and they don't have it and neither does Eagle Point!!! How can this be??????????? I'm stressed since hubby and I are "supposed" to be rebuilding and repainting the cover this Thurs. Friday, Saturday and Sunday of this week. Can you say "I need some paint NOW"!!!! Sorry, got a little excited. Oh well....it's almost the end of summer....Boo Hiss! Don't want it to end. Gotta go prime some more boards that I can't paint for a week...right... that's not going to happen...We'll switch paints again!!!
